Roles and Responsibilities
  • System Architecture: Design scalable and secure systems that integrate hardware, software, and network components.
  • Cloud and Virtualization: Deploy and manage cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) to support flexible, scalable IT solutions.
  • Network Monitoring: Keep track of network performance, ensuring smooth data flow across systems.
  • Server Performance: Monitor and optimize the performance of servers and databases to avoid slowdowns and outages.
  • Optimization: Regularly assess infrastructure for performance bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the infrastructure complies with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and organizational security standards.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement robust security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring issues, finding the root causes and applying fixes to prevent future disruptions.
  • Incident Management: Respond quickly to technical problems, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • User Support: Offer technical support for employees, addressing issues such as network outages, connectivity, or hardware malfunctions.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to procure hardware and software that align with organizational needs.
  • Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies to ensure the organization’s infrastructure remains modern and competitive.
  • Upgrades and Patching: Perform regular system upgrades and apply patches to enhance system security and performance.
  • Automation Tools: Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to manage infrastructure more efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, IT operations, and other teams to implement and maintain technology solutions that support business goals.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and technical knowledge with colleagues to improve overall infrastructure management and security

Remuneration (per montd) An initial consolidated amount of Rs. 45,000 - 65000 per month, all inclusive.
Age Candidates should be below 32 years of age as on 31st December 2025
